We understand that families travel and take holidays throughout the year. The Tourism Token Scheme allows swimmers to take time away from lessons while keeping their allocated space in class.
Each swimmer receives 1 Tourism Token per year, which can be used to pause lesson payments for one month while away.

Standard Tourism Tokens
1️⃣ Each swimmer receives 1 Tourism Token per year
2️⃣ Use your token when you're away on holiday
3️⃣ Lesson payments are paused for that month
4️⃣ Your swimmer’s place in class is held ready for their return
No need to cancel. No need to rejoin.
Tourism Plus Scheme
(RKL Club Members)
RKL Club members receive additional flexibility.
• Up to 2 tokens per year
• Tokens can be claimed for 1-week holidays
• Flexible rebooking within available sessions
Tourism Plus benefits activate after 30 days of continuous RKL Club membership.
Important Information
• Tourism Tokens can be used once per year per swimmer
• Tokens allow a pause in lesson payments for one month
• Your swimmer’s place in class will be retained
• Tokens must be used in line with RKLSwims guidelines
